School Trips and Youth Group Tours
Fort Winnebago Surgeons Quarters and the Historic Indian Agency House offer joint tours for youth groups, such as school field trips, scooting events, summer camps, and home school groups. If you are interested, please make a reservation by calling the Historic Indian Agency House at (608) 742-6362.
These joint youth group tours are usually planned to take two and a half hours; one hour to tour Fort Winnebago Surgeons Quarters, one hour to tour the Historic Indian Agency House, and a half-hour picnic lunch at either site in between. If you are bringing a large number of people, we ask that you plan on dividing them into two groups. One group can tour one site while the other group tours the other site, and then the groups can switch sites following the lunch break.
The admission rates for a youth group tour are $3 for each child. The first three teachers or chaperones will be admitted free of charge, but any additional chaperones should pay $3 each.
